Product Description

The best work your body does, it does in the dark. Night is when you rest, restore, and quietly rebuild for tomorrow, and Night Rebuild was created to honor those hours with 26 botanicals, minerals, and amino acids chosen for the evening.

Passionflower, hops, and wild lettuce, the classic lullaby herbs of European tradition. Magnolia bark and bupleurum from the Chinese apothecary. Holy basil and prepared rehmannia, treasures of Ayurveda and classical herbalism. Magnesium malate for normal muscle relaxation. It reads like a world tour of the plants people have reached for at bedtime for centuries.

This is the same blend Markus and Cara wind down with. If your days are full and your evenings deserve better, make Night Rebuild the last scoop of your day and let the night do what the night does best. One gentle note: this formula contains fava bean, so please skip it if you have favism.

  • Ingredients

    • Fava (Broad Bean): An heirloom legume cultivated since the Bronze Age, the broad bean is a whole-food source of naturally occurring amino acids. One note: please skip this formula if you have favism.
    • Geranium: A fragrant botanical long loved in folk tradition for its soft, soothing character. It lends the blend a gentle, calming note.
    • Magnesium Malate: Magnesium paired with malic acid, the bright compound found in apples, in a form the body welcomes. Magnesium supports normal muscle relaxation and restful sleep.
    • Dandelion Root: The cheerful yellow bloom herbalists have never once called a weed. Dandelion root has been prized across Europe for centuries as a gentle ally for normal digestion.
    • Licorice Root: One of the most beloved roots in both Ayurvedic and Chinese herbal tradition, licorice is called the great harmonizer, the sweet thread that ties a formula together.
    • Bamboo Stem: The fastest-growing plant on Earth, bamboo is naturally rich in silica, a mineral tradition associates with healthy hair, skin, and nails.
    • Nettle Leaf: Mineral-rich nettle leaf has nourished Europe for centuries in soups, teas, and spring tonics. It brings deep green, whole-food nourishment to the blend.
    • Alfalfa Juice Powder: Alfalfa sends its roots dozens of feet into the earth, drawing up minerals most plants never reach. Juiced and gently dried, it delivers all that depth in a spoonful.
    • Rehmannia Root (Prepared): A treasured root of classical Chinese herbalism, prepared rehmannia is slow-cooked the traditional way and prized as a deeply nourishing tonic.
    • Bupleurum: A staple of classical Chinese formulas for some two thousand years, bupleurum is traditionally prized for keeping a blend, and its person, feeling smooth and balanced.
    • Ornithine: A free-form amino acid the body knows well. Ornithine supports the quiet nighttime rhythm of rest and recovery.
    • Burdock Root: Known in Japan as gobo and served as a delicacy, burdock is an earthy, nourishing root long prized by folk herbalists across two continents.
    • Magnolia Bark: Taken from the tree with those glorious spring blooms, magnolia bark has been used in Chinese tradition for centuries to support calm, easeful evenings.
    • Saw Palmetto: The deep purple berry of a hardy palm from the American Southeast, saw palmetto was treasured by native peoples and remains a classic in men's traditional wellness.
    • Wild Lettuce 4:1 Powdered Extract: Old European herbalists called wild lettuce their evening friend. Concentrated four to one, it gives the formula its mellow wind-down character.
    • Red Clover Blossom: Sweet meadow blossoms gathered at their peak, red clover has been a gentle, nourishing favorite of traditional herbalists for generations.
    • Diatomaceous Earth: Food-grade diatomaceous earth is the soft powdered remains of ancient freshwater algae, a natural source of silica, the mineral tradition links to healthy hair, skin, and nails.
    • Redmond White Clay: A mineral-rich white clay drawn from an ancient seabed in Utah, treasured in traditional practice as one of the earth's oldest gifts.
    • Suma: Sometimes called Brazilian ginseng, suma root winds along the Amazon rainforest floor. A ginseng-like root that South American herbalists have prized for generations as a daily companion for stamina and balance.
    • Carnosine: An amino compound found naturally in the body's hardest-working tissues. Carnosine supports normal cellular function while you rest.
    • Sarsaparilla: The root that flavored old-time root beer, sarsaparilla has a long and colorful history in folk herbalism across the Americas as a beloved vitality tonic.
    • TMG (Trimethylglycine): Trimethylglycine, drawn from beets, is a quiet workhorse of a nutrient. It supports the body's normal methylation cycle, a process humming away in every cell.
    • Holy Basil: Called tulsi, the incomparable one, holy basil grows at temple doorways all across India. Ayurveda prizes it for a calm mind and a steady spirit.
    • Bladderwrack: A cold-water seaweed gathered from northern coasts, bladderwrack is naturally rich in ocean minerals, including iodine exactly as nature packaged it.
    • Passionflower: With its otherworldly purple bloom, passionflower has been cherished since the 1500s as a gentle companion for peaceful, restful evenings.
    • Hops: The same fragrant flower prized by brewers, hops were once tucked into pillows in European folk tradition to invite deep, restful sleep.
