Anti-Aging Set Instructions
Drink 6-8 glasses of water per day. Take 2 tablespoons Green formula, 1 tablespoon Liver formula (or 4-8
capsules) and 1 tablespoon Vitamin C every morning, either with water or green smoothie. Do not drink
straight fruit juice by itself anytime- sugar is too concentrated. Green smoothies should be half greens, half
fruit (frozen is ok), herbal powders, 1-2 teaspoons of Udo’s oil or flax or hemp oil and 2 cups water or fruit
juice. The green formula gives you energy and is an appetite suppressant, so take as much as you want the
first half of the day, but not after 4 pm otherwise it will keep you up all night. If you get hungry during the
day, try to just drink more water and green formula instead of eating food.

The Sea Moss is your source of iodine for healthy thyroid, minerals and protein for collagen formation
(plump up skin, hair, strengthen bones, arteries). It is also a mucilage to help cleanse and fortify the entire
digestive system. Follow instructions on Sea Moss bag on how to prepare it. It must be soaked and washed
several times before use. You can add sea moss to smoothies, but it will thicken them into a gel within 30
minutes. The sea moss can be used in desert recipes like those in the recipe book “Love on a Plate” to make
pudding, non-dairy cheese, cheesecake etc. Consume about 2 Tablespoons of Sea Moss gel per day or as
much as you want. There is no maximum amount.

Take an extra 4-8 capsules (or 1 tablespoon powder) of Age-Free and 4-8 capsules (or 1 tablespoon powder)
of the liver formula with water sometime during the day on an empty stomach. Do NOT take it with fruit
juice.

Stop eating 3 hours before bed. Within 1 hour of bed, take 1 tablespoon of Night Formula and 2 tablespoons
colon formula (or capsules if you got capsule version) with water or coconut water. Be in bed no later than
11 pm. try 9 or 10 pm if you can - every hour you go to bed earlier, the more revived you will be.

Stay away from all forms of sugar, fruit juice, bread, milk and anything made with wheat or flour or cooked
starches like potatoes. Eat more bitter things like dandelion, endives etc. Remember- bitter cleans the
liver, get rid of cellulite and helps you lose weight. Sugar creates fat, wrinkles, mood swings and robs you of
energy. Stay strong! Remember bitter foods activate the liver to cleanse and helps the digestive system
also. Sugar Ages. The less addicted you are to sugar and sweet stuff, the younger you will remain.

Lose the Stress! One of the biggest factors of aging is stress. Get rid of your burdens and negativity. Lose the
negative people in your life. Lessen the financial burden by getting rid of unnecessary expensive things you
can’t afford. Read my pocketbook “Instructions for a New Life” and also “The Prosperity Secret” to help
yourself move towards freedom. Get rid of one quarter of everything you own. Donate and help others. And
whenever possible- vacation as much as you can!

If you smoke anything, stop now. Smoking depletes collagen and makes you look 20 years older.
MOVE your body. Don’t sit all day. At least walk 30 minutes twice a day

Get at least 20 minutes of sunlight every day. it triggers healing hormones, elevates mood and boosts
immunity.

Do you offer free shipping?

Markus Products uses high quality ingredients with no fillers, so there is very little room for profit. This means, unfortunately, that we cannot offer free shipping.

In an effort to help with high shipping costs, we've negotiated lower rates for USA customers with FedEx 2Day and FedEx Ground services. For international customers, we ship with DHL.

Why is shipping so expensive?

We don't make any money on shipping. Sometimes we lose money on orders due to the costs involved with warehousing, handling, and packaging. Other companies that have cheaper shipping do one of two things:

  • Hide the shipping cost in the price of the product (making the overall price higher)
  • Make an inferior product using cheap ingredients and fillers

We don't use cheap ingredients and we've never used fillers. We also don't half fill our containers, a favorite trick of supplement companies everywhere.

How much does shipping cost?

International shipping

International orders ship with DHL, our international carrier.

You are responsible for verifying that our products can be imported into your country. Countries that allow international herbal product shipments change often. If the checkout page allows your country, that's a good sign it's allowed. We apologize for any inconvenience to the other countries, we have no control over the customs policies of each country.

You are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and fees. Your country's customs department, or DHL, will notify you of how much you owe to release the package. You must respond to all notices and pay all fees from your country's customs office to receive your order. Failure to do so will result in your package being returned to us at great expense to you.

How long does it take to receive international orders?

It depends on the carrier, service level, and global events at the time of ordering. A shipping cost and estimated time of arrival can be found when viewing your cart. Note that additional delays can be caused by your country's customs department. If customs rejects your package, you are responsible for the cost of all return fees. Those fees can be very high and will be deducted from your refund. Please see our Returns and Refunds page for details.

My shipment is lost!

If you believe your package is lost, or if your package shows as delivered and you never received it, you must contact the carrier directly to open a claim. Any needed shipping addresses can be found in your Order Confirmation email or by signing in to your account.

To locate your missing package, first ask your family members or neighbors if they accidentally received it. Then contact the carrier:

  • United States Postal Service: Call 1-800-275-8777 and ask the agent to place a trace on the package. All shipments (except for international and media mail) are insured for $50.00, so if the post office loses your order, you can fill out a claim.
  • FedEx: Call 1-800-463-3339 and ask the agent to put a trace on the package. All shipments below $200.00 are insured for $100.00. All shipments greater than $200.00 are insured for the full amount, so if the package is deemed lost, you can fill out a claim.
  • UPS: Call 1-800-742-5877 and ask the agent to put a trace on the package. All shipments are insured for $100.00, so if the package is deemed lost, you can fill out a claim.
