  • Activated Charcoal: Crafted by heating natural plant material until it forms a honeycomb of countless tiny pores. Households have kept charcoal in the cabinet for generations, and it remains a classic companion for occasional gas and everyday digestive comfort.
  • Bentonite Clay: A soft, mineral-rich clay born from volcanic ash and aged over millennia. Traditional cultures around the world have prized gentle clays like this one for centuries.
  • Cascara Sagrada: Spanish for sacred bark, harvested from a tree of the Pacific Northwest and long used by the native peoples of that coast. Herbalists prize it for supporting normal elimination regularity.
  • Senna: A golden-flowered plant whose leaves have been treasured since the days of ancient Egyptian and Arabian herbalism. It is one of tradition's best-known botanicals for supporting occasional regularity.
  • Lo Han Guo: The famous monk's fruit of southern China, cultivated for centuries in misty mountain orchards. It lends the formula a gentle natural sweetness with zero calories.

INSTRUCTIONS

Because this is so absorbent, this should NOT be taken with food, unless you have food poisoning. in
which case you should take 6-12 capsules with water. For regular detox, take 2-4 capsules. You
don't have to take this all the time- maybe every other day during a cleanse.
Make sure you take LOTS OF WATER with this because it acts like cement and will clog you up
if you don't drink enough water. Also do colon cleansing if you can while taking this
(enemas/colonies). Charcoal and bentonite also absorb all kinds of bad toxic things from your
body, and the more you help move it out, the better. It does contain herbs that help move it
through, but if you need even more help, add some colon formula.

For spider and snake bites, mix with water or apple cider vinegar into a toothpaste consistency and apply to wound. Seek medical attention if necessary.

Do you offer free shipping?

Markus Products uses high quality ingredients with no fillers, so there is very little room for profit. This means, unfortunately, that we cannot offer free shipping.

In an effort to help with high shipping costs, we've negotiated lower rates for USA customers with FedEx 2Day and FedEx Ground services. For international customers, we ship with DHL.

Why is shipping so expensive?

We don't make any money on shipping. Sometimes we lose money on orders due to the costs involved with warehousing, handling, and packaging. Other companies that have cheaper shipping do one of two things:

  • Hide the shipping cost in the price of the product (making the overall price higher)
  • Make an inferior product using cheap ingredients and fillers

We don't use cheap ingredients and we've never used fillers. We also don't half fill our containers, a favorite trick of supplement companies everywhere.

How much does shipping cost?

International shipping

International orders ship with DHL, our international carrier.

You are responsible for verifying that our products can be imported into your country. Countries that allow international herbal product shipments change often. If the checkout page allows your country, that's a good sign it's allowed. We apologize for any inconvenience to the other countries, we have no control over the customs policies of each country.

You are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and fees. Your country's customs department, or DHL, will notify you of how much you owe to release the package. You must respond to all notices and pay all fees from your country's customs office to receive your order. Failure to do so will result in your package being returned to us at great expense to you.

How long does it take to receive international orders?

It depends on the carrier, service level, and global events at the time of ordering. A shipping cost and estimated time of arrival can be found when viewing your cart. Note that additional delays can be caused by your country's customs department. If customs rejects your package, you are responsible for the cost of all return fees. Those fees can be very high and will be deducted from your refund. Please see our Returns and Refunds page for details.

My shipment is lost!

If you believe your package is lost, or if your package shows as delivered and you never received it, you must contact the carrier directly to open a claim. Any needed shipping addresses can be found in your Order Confirmation email or by signing in to your account.

To locate your missing package, first ask your family members or neighbors if they accidentally received it. Then contact the carrier:

  • United States Postal Service: Call 1-800-275-8777 and ask the agent to place a trace on the package. All shipments (except for international and media mail) are insured for $50.00, so if the post office loses your order, you can fill out a claim.
  • FedEx: Call 1-800-463-3339 and ask the agent to put a trace on the package. All shipments below $200.00 are insured for $100.00. All shipments greater than $200.00 are insured for the full amount, so if the package is deemed lost, you can fill out a claim.
  • UPS: Call 1-800-742-5877 and ask the agent to put a trace on the package. All shipments are insured for $100.00, so if the package is deemed lost, you can fill out a claim.
