There is hardly any profit in this product- it is the Rolls Royce of protein powders. Most others use rice powder as the main ingredient because it's cheap. I use pine nuts and durian- two super expensive ingredients unlike any other. Pine nuts are the highest source of protein and essential fatty acids of any nut or seed in the world. Nobody else in the world uses durian in their protein powder because it's so hard to get and process. Prickly pear cactus is another undiscovered miracle plant. Read the ingredient list and compare with others. Try it for a month and watch the results in the mirror! Other protein powders constipate. This is the first protein powder that actually helps you go to the bathroom! (because it's just ground-up plants; not processed, dead powders). This is by far the most effective and best tasting raw vegan protein powder money can buy.
Four tablespoons have 23.125 grams of HIGHLY absorbable protein. Most proteins do not absorb well. The total amount of protein per serving is not as important as how much of it actually absorbs into the body. Other protein powders constipate, proving they aren’t absorbing, just turning into cement in the digestive tract. Because the Wild Force powder is a food, you can take as much as you want. The serving size is up to you. I often times put over half a cup in my smoothie! It’s just dried plants, fruit, and nuts- so you can’t take too much. It tastes so good. Do you offer free shipping?
Markus Products uses high quality ingredients with no fillers, so there is very little room for profit. This means, unfortunately, that we cannot offer free shipping.
In an effort to help with high shipping costs, we've negotiated lower rates for USA customers with FedEx 2Day and FedEx Ground services. For international customers, we ship with DHL.
Why is shipping so expensive?
We don't make any money on shipping. Sometimes we lose money on orders due to the costs involved with warehousing, handling, and packaging. Other companies that have cheaper shipping do one of two things:
- Hide the shipping cost in the price of the product (making the overall price higher)
- Make an inferior product using cheap ingredients and fillers
We don't use cheap ingredients and we've never used fillers. We also don't half fill our containers, a favorite trick of supplement companies everywhere.
How much does shipping cost?

International shipping
International orders ship with DHL, our international carrier.
You are responsible for verifying that our products can be imported into your country. Countries that allow international herbal product shipments change often. If the checkout page allows your country, that's a good sign it's allowed. We apologize for any inconvenience to the other countries, we have no control over the customs policies of each country.
You are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and fees. Your country's customs department, or DHL, will notify you of how much you owe to release the package. You must respond to all notices and pay all fees from your country's customs office to receive your order. Failure to do so will result in your package being returned to us at great expense to you.
How long does it take to receive international orders?
It depends on the carrier, service level, and global events at the time of ordering. A shipping cost and estimated time of arrival can be found when viewing your cart. Note that additional delays can be caused by your country's customs department. If customs rejects your package, you are responsible for the cost of all return fees. Those fees can be very high and will be deducted from your refund. Please see our Returns and Refunds page for details.
My shipment is lost!
If you believe your package is lost, or if your package shows as delivered and you never received it, you must contact the carrier directly to open a claim. Any needed shipping addresses can be found in your Order Confirmation email or by signing in to your account.
To locate your missing package, first ask your family members or neighbors if they accidentally received it. Then contact the carrier:
- United States Postal Service: Call 1-800-275-8777 and ask the agent to place a trace on the package. All shipments (except for international and media mail) are insured for $50.00, so if the post office loses your order, you can fill out a claim.
- FedEx: Call 1-800-463-3339 and ask the agent to put a trace on the package. All shipments below $200.00 are insured for $100.00. All shipments greater than $200.00 are insured for the full amount, so if the package is deemed lost, you can fill out a claim.
- UPS: Call 1-800-742-5877 and ask the agent to put a trace on the package. All shipments are insured for $100.00, so if the package is deemed lost, you can fill out a claim.
