Each bag contains 3.5 oz of super dehydrated sea moss more concentrated than the last batch and should make as much or even more gal than before. This is also more golden brown because it has a higher mineral content and is a one-month supply. Each plant is hand pulled from the ocean and is as individual as each person on earth- no two are the same and each have unique qualities. This is not made in a lab or grown on a farm so each one is different. Everything is lab tested. Be sure to clean well since this is from the ocean.

Sea moss is naturally rich in iodine, which can be helpful for people with Iodine deficiency but for people with autoimmune or overactive thyroid, iodine can make things worse and should be avoided, especially in excess. Sea moss has a moderate amount of iodine so it depends on how much you take. Small amounts are sometimes fine, but each person is different. If you are experiencing throat swelling, then definitely stop. Kelp by the way is usually much higher in iodine than sea moss, so avoid kelp also.

Do not take if you have Hashimoto’s (autoimmune hypothyroid,Graves’ disease or hyperthyroidism, nodules / goiter, already taking iodine supplements or kelp, or on thyroid medication (Levothyroxine, etc.)

  This is a great product. I use/ eat it in Smoothies, sprinkled over salads, with Chia seeds for a pick me up.. I love how it makes my face and skin feel when mixed with Wild Force Vitamin C powder. Such a versatile product you can rely on.

  I Love Markus Sea Moss, not only for myself but for my 30 year old daughter. She has suffered in bad health for years. After giving birth to her second child, her gall bladder burst and she was rushed into surgery to have it removed.   I love this Sea Moss!
  
  It took me a while to take the leap to try it. I'm so glad I did. I mix it in my soup & other foods, hot & cold drinks and off the spoon too. My body receives it well and I feel satiated and peaceful after a meal. Digestion seems easier too. I even mix it with my handmade body products. It makes lovely hair gel that gives my curls a nice healthy sheen, soft hold, & lots of body and bounce. Thank you Markus.
